Once the copy for your campaign has been finalised, this will be passed to your designer along with any images and brand guidelines that you’ve sent us.

We’ll review everything and let you know if there’s anything else we need from you before we start working on your design.

The draft

Your designer will spend time getting to know your brand, and understanding the aims of your campaign. Then they’ll create a bespoke design that places your objectives at its centre.

The approval process

The approval process

We’ll send you a link to your draft email design in JPG format. You can make comments on the document, or email them directly to your project manager, and we’ll amend the JPG accordingly.

Coding

Coding

After you’ve confirmed you’re happy with your design, we’ll build it as an email in HTML.

This is the stage where you’ll be able to see your links and calls to action working, and see the email as it will appear for your audience.

The sign-off

The sign-off

Once you’ve checked and approved the HTML version of your email, it’s time for your campaign manager to start the rigorous internal checking process.

There’s nothing else for you to do at this stage – we’ll be in touch to let you know when your email is sending!
