  • How much education data can I access?

    You can choose your own target establishments and education contacts from our database of over 671,000 teachers and decision makers across 134 different job roles, in 49,232 UK schools and education establishments.

    We’re really flexible, so you’ll be able to include as much or as little data as you need.

  • What data can I access?

    You’ll get access to the contact information of your chosen establishments. This includes:

    • School name
    • School phase
    • School type
    • School email address
    • Postal address
    • Telephone number
    • School URN (unique reference number)
  • What are named contacts?

    You can add the names of any education staff to your package. This will include the title, first name, last name, and job title of any teachers and decision makers you want to target.

    Our named contacts data is ideal for personalising your marketing and boosting your engagement rates.

    You can access and download your education data at any time and as many times as you want during your 12-month subscription.

  • Can I import the data to my own email sending platform or third party software?

    Yes, our education data is compatible with other email sending platforms and third party software.

    However, please note that all email sending platforms have their own data usage policies, so you should check these before purchasing our data.

    If you do import the data to your own email sending platform or software, you should tag the data so you can differentiate it from other data in your system.

    No, you’ll need to renew your subscription to continue using your data. If you use our data without a valid licence, you’ll be invoiced the annual subscription fee.

  • How many emails should I send?

    We always recommend sending a series of email campaigns as part of a long-term marketing plan.

    Long-term email campaigns are proven to get results and are a great way to build your brand awareness, develop relationships and generate leads. We offer several flexible campaign options ranging from 1 email campaign, 3 email campaigns, and bespoke packages with 10 or more email campaigns.

    With our long-term campaigns you can choose to send your emails as often as you like, however we usually recommend no more than 2 per month.

    You’ll also be able to upgrade your package at any time to include more marketing campaigns.

  • Will my email campaign be sent directly to my target contacts?

    Yes – where we have a direct email address for your target teacher or decision maker, we will send your email directly to them.

    For any contacts we don’t have a direct email address for, we will send your email to the school general email address.

  • What happens once my email has been sent?

  • How long will it take for my postal campaign to arrive?

    We usually dispatch all campaigns by 2nd class post which means they arrive in schools within 2-3 days of dispatch.

  • How soon can I send my postal campaign to schools?

    This varies depending on whether you need creative support from us.

    If you’re providing your own marketing materials, we can often send your postal campaign out within 14 days. If you need creative support from our team, we usually say around 21 working days from order to dispatch.

  • How much does postal marketing cost?

  • How does the Staff-Room pricing work?

  • What are email credits?

    1 email credit = 1 email address. We’ll allocate you a certain number of credits based on the volume of data you purchase.

    You can purchase more at any point, just let us know!

  • How many email credits will I get?

    We’ll work closely with you at the start of the process to identify the number of email credits that will work for you. It all depends on how often you plan to send email campaigns, and how large your education mailing list is. 

     

  • Can I buy more email credits?

    Yes of course. If you ever find you’re running low on credits, or have a large-scale campaign coming up, just let us know and we can easily add more credits to your account. 

    We charge £30 for an additional 10,000 credits. 

  • How many email campaigns can I send?

    You can send as many email campaigns as you want during your 12-month subscription, and using the total number of credits you add to your account.

    We recommend sending a series of email campaigns as part of a long-term marketing plan. On Staff-Room you can choose to send your emails as often as you like, however we usually recommend no more than 2 per month. 

  • How long is the Staff-Room subscription?

    Our standard Staff-Room subscription is for 12 months on a rolling contract. This means you can plan your marketing strategy and connect with schools and teachers for 12 whole months and more!
